@airindiain Please treat senior citizens better. Dad (with pacemaker) and mom (diabetic) are scheduled to travel from BBI to SFO. The connecting flight AI474 has stopped operating but we are not getting alternatives, despite calling several times. This is unacceptable.

@airindiain : My parent are senior citizens will travel from BBI to SFO. There is no airindia flight operating from bbsr to delhi. Service soworse, airindia customer care still say our ticket confirm. There is no confirmation on changing to vistara or any other domestic flight.
