Speed limit fr cars on Outer Ring Road is 50 kmph, during d work hours d road is heavily congested however in d wee hours when traffic is less - d motorist r driving with a fear of getting challan. Suggest to increase d limit to 70 kmph. @nitin_gadkari @ArvindKejriwal @DelhiPwd
