You know it's bad when your pt flat out says "you're out of shape"
During ACL rehab there are going to be some great days, and some bad.
Everyone knows that guilty feeling when you know you didn't do your physical therapy exercises that day.....
Thought it was just a myth, but my knee actually hurts so badly because of the rain
My excuse as to why I don't ice is because "it's cold out" Mother Nature doing it for me, right?!
Not having to wear a brace during the day has improved my outfits
Today my knee randomly gave out when I was standing and it looked like a dance move #aclprobs?
