An AB adjuster from @AvivaCanada is refusing to reimburse us in full for clinical notes and records that we provided, as requested. She refuses to pay for certain documents within these records because she already has them in her file. Unbelievable.

When an auto insurer denies an accident benefit they paid for "expert" reports. Injured insured must then pay for like reports supporting the benefit to dispute the denial. Costs for dispute many times exceed amount in dispute and are not recoverable. Why bother? #unfair #justice
