I fixed a bug in github.com/acgetchell/CDT… (new fmt::join namespace). The CI cycles were 30 minutes each, so 3 passes were not quite 2 hours. Then I did a major refactor of github.com/acgetchell/d-d…. The equivalent CI was 2 minutes. Literally a 10x on speed of iterating. #cpp…

So, I just implemented serialization/deserialization of my d-dimensional triangulation data structures in @rustlang using #serde + traits, which was quite the thorny problem in C++ with CGAL + HDF5 ....

It’s been fun writing @rustlang. The feedback loop is gratifyingly immediate, tools and libraries are a pleasure to use and refreshingly easy to integrate with, and I’m enjoying the coding style. I miss non-type template parameters and partial template specialization though.
