Thought I’d do my bit for the environment and leave the car at home and take the train but as per usual @TPExpressTrains are so delayed that I’ve now missed my connection so it’s an hour and 32 minute wait in 0 degree temps on the platform or get a taxi. Cheers TPE #getitsorted

Very sad to hear about Adrian Robertshaw passing away. HGK at Ilkley GC for many years. I only met him on couple of occasions he was a gentleman and respected by all that knew him. Our condolences to his Wife and family from all in the Yorkshire section

Water just sat up on the moorland holes so it’s a quick drainage job on the 14th whilst it’s quiet. Every little helps!

After atrocious bank holiday weather the golf day at Bingley St Ives on Wednesday is now in doubt due to waterlogged ground conditions. A decision will be made by the club after a course inspection in the morning. More news will follow about rearranging this event
