@SacramentoKings I LOVE that y’all donated 500 tickets (lower level) to Vet Tix 💜🖤 However, I don’t love that you charged our elementary school (that receives title one funds) full price for nose bleed tickets at the same game. 🫠

@LEVIS your overseas call center is as horrid as your policies. I hope @AndrewBohrer ,whose order I received in error, has an easier time getting his correct order/refund than I do! Disappointed.

@AndrewBohrer @levijeansonline Hope Andrew doesn’t have to wait too long for the jeans he ordered and you sent to us. Wondering if he got the women’s cutoffs we ordered 🤔 and now won’t get in time because of your error and “policy”. Also … Your overseas call center is rude.

@JeepCares @Jeep I was told to reach out directly about the screen the dealer refuses to fix. What does that mean? Who do I reach out to?

@JeepCares 3 weeks ago tomorrow I opened a case with Jeep Cares. Despite at least 8 calls and many promises I have yet to be contacted by a Case Manager. I’ve owned many Jeeps (two 392s, Grand Wagoneer, two Gladiators and a JLUR) but pretty sure never again.

@jeepCares Patience 😂 I had patience the first 14 months of trying to get this resolved. However my last visit to the @jeep dealer, where they tried to charge me $270 because they couldn’t find anything wrong, drained my last ounce of patience. 😭
