Not sure how my Netflix started back up again. Assuming someone clicked the wrong button to start it back up. But I guess since it’s active again I’ll catch up on Jurassic World Chaos Theory. These shows are much better than I expected.

I’d say I’ve probably saved $80 between physical and digital books from the library this year. Maybe closer to $150 if you include movies too. Highly recommend getting Libby, Hoppla, Kanopy and a library card.

Just finished up another book Record of a Spaceborn few. Love this sci-fi series by Becky Chambers that has a good world development but feels more character focused than anything. Just started up the newest Hunger Games book from the library on my OG Kindle.

So got my 2nd Teen D&D program coming up. Been struggling to find an adventure from what they asked me last time. Something like the maze in the movie. So instead I’m gonna try to make a gauntlet of traps, puzzles and monsters. And an unseen villain like Arcade from X-Men 😊

50 years ago a movie came out that impacted years later. I don’t even remember how I saw it but it was Jaws. I remember watching it and falling in love with sharks. I wanted to study them, even swim with them. Still feel that way. So wanted to show my appreciation for a classic.

I’m super biased but still despite that I really enjoyed Predator Killer of Killers. Loved the format they took to tell different stories and expand the mythology/lore of the series. Can’t wait for Dan’s next Predator movie this year.

We’ve had a busy week. A lot of family get together and date nights. But in the week we found our neighbor’s cat (1st pic) outside our door and took it in till they got home. Last night we rescued a litter that was stuck in a window well. They’re in good health but very scared
