I have been calling the curbside pickup number for 15 minutes and counting. @Lowes this is not my first bad experience at your Missouri City, TX store. The level of customer service at this location is subpar!

Just cancelled our Spring Break flight and @SouthwestAir shows the expiration date as 4/23/2020 🤦🏽‍♀️ looks like we have 1 month instead of 1 year. I’m sooooo confused

Arrived at the airport yesterday for a flight to Colombia and @AirChinaNA was no where to be found!! An email last week to upgrade to first class but no email to notify me of the flight cancellation.

Not sure why I thought @McDonalds would reply to my customer complaint from Sunday. Today is Thursday and considering the severity of the complaint, I would have expected to have been contacted Monday. Shame on you!

Can’t believe that @FedEx is still going to deliver a fraudulent item that should have been intercepted. @FedExHelp I’ve done my part, surely you could do yours.
