You're always worse off. ​The other day I talked about debt to GDP ratios. Did you know that when Labor was defeated in 1992, the debt to GDP was about 16%? This is less than the ratio of most Australian states today. ​It is a little-known fact that the highest debt to GDP Victoria has ever had was under Liberal Henry Bolte at 58%. And why was it so high? So he could fund new infrastructure projects for Victoria... funny that.

The system ensures that power is never transferred to ordinary citizens. The Lancet recently published a study which found that sanctions from the US have caused 38 million deaths since 1970. The average death toll ranges from 400,000 to over 1 million per year.
