A brand new electric ferry in New Zealand was left stranded after running out of battery. The vessel and passengers had to be rescued with a fossil fuel powered police boat🤡
@PeterSweden7 We have had our electric car for 4 years, never any problems. I’m suprised a young person speaks against green cars.
@lena_ingenue @PeterSweden7 Ever seen a lithium mine? Know how much fossil fuel it takes to make your car? It’s a giant joke
@agranitestate @PeterSweden7 You have a high tech recycle center there in Sweden, maybe you should educate yourself. Every battery is reusable. I drive my car for at least 10 years, how many fossile Volvos have you had during that time, 3 I believe. How much do they pollute, don’t they have batteries too.
@agranitestate @lena_ingenue @PeterSweden7 Same lithium mine that produced the battery for your iPhone? Yeah, Ike you actually care.
@agranitestate @lena_ingenue @PeterSweden7 And not to mention the child slave labor used to mine the lithium for the batteries.
@agranitestate @lena_ingenue @PeterSweden7 No. And no. Please expand. With pictures and comparative examples.
@agranitestate @lena_ingenue @PeterSweden7 Ever seen a war for oil? Let’s compare the things we mine…
@agranitestate @lena_ingenue @PeterSweden7 Ever seen a war for oil? Let’s compare the things we mine…
@agranitestate @lena_ingenue @PeterSweden7 By comparison to oil and gas extraction and refining, mining lithium has minimal effects. You mine it Once and keep recycling it. It provides 100’s of thousands of miles of carbon free transport.
