I was asked what the future of healthcare looks like today. Direct to consumer comes to mind. There's a lot of bloat that builds up in insurance and billing. The US has got to figure out the payor situation ASAP.

US-based, european MD Candidate's perspective on the US Healthcare System: the space for disruption is insane. Highest per-capita health spend globally coupled with a meh life expectancy screams something is wrong. If this were a business we'd fire the CEO.
