I studied statistics and probability, twice, one self learning and the second at uni. Studied machine learning. Studied matrix calculus. Studied deep learning. All of these to get completely humbled in the ml course at umn.

Most of the popular networks built for computer vision have really amazing architectural tricks and choices. The lack of data forced researchers to think out of the box and create architectures that not only helped in cv but in other fields and applications as well. I love this

I have a really bad habit of making code that no one understands except me and then trying to make it clean after finishing. If I wrote clean code from the beginning it would be much easier for me, I literally spend hours just adding comments and making it look good.

I think once I will graduate I will switch and study quantum computing. Don’t know why but I like it. Even though everything I know about it is coming from uneducated people on youtube xD
