Train No 15006 Coach A1 .. AC kept switched off .. TTE saying AC will start only 10 minutes b4 departure.. train delayed by almost 75 minutes now .. is it new way to harass passengers by keeping them in coach without AC @drm_lko @AshwiniVaishnaw @RailwaySeva
