The way PM has not reacted much on Kathua rape case. As no one is strong enough to be contender for PM other than him, in next election 2019. He is not really sensitive towards National Issues.

When Government school kids come out in the afternoon from schools.They walk on the center of the road. Seems they have extreme hatred.Our taxes go for these schools. And this is OUTCOME. Their attitude on the roads is similar to Goons found in small towns of Eastern UP & Bihar.
