@mcuban @FrankJa67042302 @Devlinside123 Nephrology is 80+% Medicare, MA, Medicaid. Salaries not keeping up with inflation. Overburdened provider workforce with very low interest in Nephrology for these reasons. We’re about to see a major crisis with a drop off in Nephrologists due to retirement.

Use hemostat to clamp down and secure. Quicker than trying to navigate a wire through the exit site.
