OpenAI is no longer just another tech company. It is the BrahmAstra of this generation, with the potential to reshape almost every industry on Earth. OpenAI’s audited 2025 financials showed $13.07B in revenue and roughly $34B in total costs and expenses, including about $19.2B in R&D. At this scale, the next challenge isn’t simply generating more revenue. It’s operating smarter. If I ever get the opportunity to sit down with OpenAI’s management team, I’d genuinely like to put some of my thoughts on the table. Not as criticism. As someone who believes OpenAI is building something that could define this generation, I’d like to see it become not only the most powerful AI company in the world, but also one of the most intelligently operated. @sama @gdb @romainhuet @jasonkwon
