@Apple my account is being held ransom by @Apple trying to force me to pay for a subscription that I never ordered or wanted. Now I can't update any apps or download any apps unless I pay for this. This is essentially #ransomware backed by Apple.

@amazon I returned an item, was told I would get a refund to my original payment method from an email confirmation. THEN the next day I was charged for Amazon prime & deducted from my refund balance and now they say I can only use the remainder of the refund as Amazon credit

@rickloganhaha @quantumfiber I have been trying to get help for over 48 hours now and I can’t get a human being to ever pickup the phone. I wait on hold for multiple hours on more than 5 occasions and still can’t get to a representative. Don’t expect our loyalty when you treat us-your customers- so poorly
