@dythuger @SouthwestAir Cancellations are due to weather because they don’t have to comp all our stays. A rep just told us they don’t comp hotels for weather cancellations. Absolutely bullshit @SouthwestAir

@SouthwestAir the details aren’t really adding up. The truth goes a long way. Why all the cancellations for weather, when there clearly isn’t weather? The customer deserve answers. You’ve hung so many people out to dry this month. Canceling within 2 hours is terrible form.

@zacharyebrown @SouthwestAir Had the exact same situation and will never be flying @SouthwestAir again! Never had such a horrible experience with any airline as I’ve had with this. No comp or reimbursement for massive inconvenience to thousands of passengers.

Rebooked flight on the way down by @SouthwestAir to give us a 7 hour layover, then canceled flight on the way home with no solution but being rebooked for 2 day later. No reimbursement, no hotel comp. canceling our southwest card! #southwestsucks

@curtfly It’s @SouthwestAir way of not having to pay for hotels for all their displaced passengers. A rep just told us they don’t cover hotels for “weather cancellations”

It's so annoying that companies still think it's cute to spend weeks hyping a launch just for it to sell out in minutes. Not to mention keeping prices a secret so people can't process what things actually cost. Cough @Gymshark cough.
