Alcohol has become too normalised. if you're sad, drink. If you're bored, drink. If you're celebrating, drink. Everything has to involve drink. It's rare you see people enjoy something without booze. Then you get alienated if you say you don't drink. Just one big scam.
Like just imagine no chains from society just “get banana”
Wouldn’t it be cool to be a monkey for one day just masturbate in public and throw shit at people? No, just me?
A slut has no magic A slut has no joy Her body is damaged Her beauty destroyed Her nostrils are pierced Her tattoos and Vans You see her asshole On OnlyFans A slut is not healthy Her pussy is busted Be careful with sluts They're not to be trusted!
“Before you heal someone, ask him if he is willing to give up the things that made him sick .” - Hippocrates
The key to happiness and sanity for men is to always be building something. Work on your body, knowledge, business, network, family, children, and you'll never feel empty. Most people who feel empty are people who live with no purpose - nothing to build.
7. Supplementation Learn everything you can about it. My favorites: Ubiquinol, Curcumin, Vitamin b1, vitamin b6, Active digestive enzymes, Vitamin b3 +k2, Pine pollen tincture, Liposomal Glutathione. And L-Theanine & Melatonin (once in a while) before sleeping.
You aren’t lazy - just paralyzed by too many desires. Your mind wants 1000 things at a time, keeping you in a perpetual cycle of discontentment & unhappiness.
4 Books that every entrepreneur should read: 1. The Art of War, by Sun Tzu 2. Meditations, by Marcus Aurelius 3. The Autobiography of Benjamin Franklin 4. The Art of public speaking, by Dale Carnegie Read for 1-2 hours a day and you'll be in the top 1% of society. Here's how:
"Remembering that you are going to die is the best way I know to avoid the trap of thinking you have something to lose." - Steve Jobs
"The real test for a man is how he lives with himself, alone. Precious few men ever truly allow themselves to be alone and learn real independence and self-reliance." - Rollo
"Women just are. Men must become." - Rational Male
The truth sounds like hate to those that hate the truth...
I find a lot of truth in this quote: "When a person can't find a deep sense of meaning, they distract themselves with pleasure." - Viktor Frankl
The older I get the more I agree with this quote by Marcus Aurelius: “You own the option of having no opinion. There is never any need to get worked up about things you can't control. These things are not asking to be judged by you. Leave them alone.”
7 Lessons from the Stoics • Live in the moment • Always show gratitude • Focus on what you can control • Accept what you cannot change • Learn to control your emotions • Treat problems like opportunities • Do not waste time on distractions
