Hey @LNRailway do you not have rules of how many people are allowed on a train ? On the 12.45 from Euston to Crewe and it resembles a cattle train . People on floor and standing . No sign of staff on board .

Hey @KitbagUK why am I been quoted 28 working days for a refund ? Took me 20 minutes to get through to customer services to be told courier couldn’t find my address ? Promised an email with tracking number that hasn’t arrived . Bad experience of your company .
