Para kader partai yg duduk di eksekutif/legislatif mesti memberikan kontribusi untuk pembiayaan partainya masing-masing. Dari mana duitnya utk kontribusi? Ya dari gaji & tunjangan2. Tdk heran kalau anggota2 DPR minta digaji tinggi & diberikan pelbagai tunjangan.
