@DankelInYoFace @RinoTheBouncer Yup, that's 100% facts. Also some of those studios close down. This is where physical games shine. If the Studio closes down - PlayStation/Xbox doesn't have the licensing rights to said game. Only way to play it is on Disc. It's yours forever.
@DankelInYoFace @RinoTheBouncer Exactly my point. Indies sell games out of their own store on their own website. They sell their own discs. Sure, profit margin isn't high but that's why they operate at a much smaller scale. Those games also more times than not become highly collectable & sought after!

@iamrobtv Yeah but the difference is that Nintendo holds their own developers fully accountable & demand nothing but Excellence. Miyamoto has been developing Mario games for decades. 1 guy in charge. Everything goes through him. As it should! No delegations, vendors/contractors in the way.

@Gaming_bo3gg Yeah no shit they did. They pulled the carpet from underneath him & he had nothing to show for it. His name doesn't mean anything anymore. We learned that lesson with the walking simulator that was DS1. That's why DS2 didn't sell. Sony isn't stupid. Dude is a money sponge.

@KAIJU_PROJEKT @TheGameVerse That's just it. Kojima is a game developer cosplaying a Hollywood Director. He hires expensive Hollywood actors & presents very weird & niche ideas. Sony learned the hard way with DS1/DS2 that kojima's glory days was at Konami. They fired him for similar reasons.
