@fordnation Fix current backlogs for apprentices to get through the schooling levels and the long delays in seat offers. It’s taking years for current apprentices to finish due to limited school seat offers. Open more seats now, get the current ones through so they can finish their red seal

@ColinDMello Does @fordnation realize that uni students are also paying $1000-1100 in some university cities per month for rent for student housing and they have to pay through the summer months when they’re not even in school to keep a place. No wonder they can’t save for their future

@MonteMcNaughton What are you doing to encourage empl’ers to take on/sponsor high school grads to get into a trade but can’t find a sponsor? There’s no incentive. Empl’ers don’t want to bother training. Issue isn’t encouraging kids to get into trades, it’s finding a sponsor willing to train
