Air in Bhakti Park is unsafe. 3 cement units operating, plus nonstop construction, has increased our AQI to 250. Urgent action requested. @mybmc @MahaEnvcc @MahaEnvMinister @Dev_Fadnavis @mieknathshinde @MPCB_Official @AQM_India @timesofindia @mid_day @MumbaiMirror @TheQuint

@airindia and @Cleartrip, I'm trying to correct a spelling mistake in a passenger's name on my ticket. Both customer care centers claim they cannot make changes. How is this possible?

@airindia Thanks a ton for resolving this. Special thanks to Mona and Nikunj who went out of their way to call and help me through the process.

@AmazonHelp @amazonIN I have raised a consumer dispute with National Consumer Portal. Let's discuss there.

.@amazonIN you are allowing a seller to play with the lives of kids by selling fake adulterated products. Moreover refunds are being refused on the pretext that this is a non-refundable item. This is only encouraging the seller further. What non-sense is this?

@AmazonHelp .@amazonIN it is surprising that you are still allowing this seller to continue selling his fake products on your platform and no action has been taken so far.

@AmazonHelp @amazonIN Many thanks for directing me to your customer service team again. I have not had any success with them. The seller continues his thuggery on your platform with impunity while you guys play ping-pong with the customer.

@AxisBank your phone helpline number is some kind of practical joke on people? I have been trying to connect for the last 20 minutes but no one is picking up.
