@lyft @AskLyft my driver hasn’t ended the ride and appears to still be on my property. I can’t reach him or Lyft. Please help.

Horrified by customer service responses. Claiming no responsibility even though your company sent it with ZERO insurance internationally. I don’t care if it was stolen by you, customs, or USPS. I expect a reply ASAP before I contact my attorney. Send the tapes you claim to have

Hi @SSENSE I was sent a $2,000 purse from your company to the United States with NO insurance and the description and price written on the box. There was absolutely nothing in the box that I 1) picked up at the post office and 2) had to pay almost 400 dollars in customs fees for

Hey @LAClippers admin, my family home burned down in the fire and we lost my dad’s LAC bobble head collection of almost 30 years. Super meaningful for season ticket holders since 98. It would be so meaningful if you had a way we could replace some or all of them 💖

@Uber_LA @Uber @Uber_Support I had the most horrifically offensive, homophobic, xenophobic, racist driver of all time. He ended the ride saying “I don’t want to live anymore” and I believe he could be a danger. I need a response immediately.

my @Uber_LA @Uber @Uber_Support driver watched a full soccer game while driving me. Would not turn it off. Incredibly dangerous. And I was offered a 6 dollar credit. I have never felt more unsafe in my life.

hey @Uber @Uber_NYC @Uber_NY @Uber_LA @Uber_Support @Uber_Comms @dkhos your driver stole my phone and is extorting me for 1K. I need him removed from your platform so no one experiences the same thing. My local PD solved what you refused to even look into. Disappointed.
