Uber eats unfair treatment and charges. Why they charging cancellation fee for an error that was cancel within 60 seconds of the order claiming the restaurant already started preparing how with thought process. It takes that long to just read order but you charging forcanceling.

@allflowin @Uber_Support @UberEats What?!?!? I spend dough with @UberEats and @Uber. Let me know how this goes @allflowin because if they cant take care of their loyal customers then I'll delete it & use @Seamless or @Grubhub. U can't be penalized for raggedy ass drivers that dont wanna do their job and deliver!!

@Uber_Support @UberEats the unfair treatment of loyal customer whom not only uses their food services and car service is ridiculous. Being charged for unprofessional drivers and being told that it’s being handle. However I’m being refused my refund.

Uber Eats is trying to rip me off. I live on the fourt floor in apartment complex. The driver texts me instead of calling tells me he’s downstairs recovering from pneumonia and flu I inform him he needs to bring up the food. He agrees ,canceled the order and Uber refuses my refund
