fucking over families was a given but limiting rapid tests based on residential address is a very funny way to also hit people with roommates
stimulus should have been by household. you get to split $1200 between your three roommates as you update the chore chart
@allisongeroi @13ericralph31 Trust the government to do the right thing… once every other option has been exhausted.
@allisongeroi Your public library is also a pick up site just FYI
@allisongeroi The idea is that household transmission is the big route right now. So you don't really have to test everyone in the house. You just have to sample the house. Calm your jets this isn't about individuals.
@allisongeroi @svgarwtch Exactly. I ordered and then realized it meant my roommate couldn’t. I will split them but still. How ridiculous is this.
@allisongeroi @TheWayWithAnoa They could just make them FREE at all locations that provide testing and vaccines.
@allisongeroi I'm living in a hotel and can't order them. There is probably 50 other people living here too that won't be able to get them.
@allisongeroi There are other ways to get free tests. Hopefully one will help you. x.com/consueloburrit…

@allisongeroi I live in an apt complex built in the 70's. The first time I tried they said my address was unestablished. The second time they said I was a business. 😬
@allisongeroi The IRS knows where everyone lives and how many "dependents" that household has. (For all people who file their taxes) THOSE HOUSEHOLDS SHOULD GET THE AMOUNT THEY NEED.
