@CerianneBury Also dividing by past performance is quite arbitrary in an individual comp. At random would get a fairer result.

@CerianneBury Baristas supporting each other is and should be a given. Dividing by teams makes them competitive with each other.

@CerianneBury Good stuff overall. I don’t think I’m excited about the whole team competition aspect though. For me, it’s an individual comp.
