Do you think when I’m older I’m going to regret spending so much money on wine in my 40s? Or am I going to say, “damn I was drinking some great wine when I was in my 40s”…
@allstarcharts Nah, because it ages with you. When your in your 50's you can reach for those special bottles, comparing them (with age) to what you first tasted. Our cellar is full of wines dating back several decades, may never drink it all, but certainly don't regret it.
@allstarcharts I definitely regretted it. The continuously growing extra weight will also keep waving at You from the mirror. Why not try a month or 2 without?
@allstarcharts No, I suspect you'll always be glad you drank good stuff and had fun with friends. But I wouldn't go nuts on the personal cellar. Tastes change.
@allstarcharts I think when you are older you probably won't be tweeting about what you spend on wine.
@allstarcharts Here’s the thing with wine. Don’t ever buy “good” bottles and you’ll never be able to tell the difference. 🤷♂️
