Well done @cathaypacific. You want feedback but if I choose my experience as negative, the submit button is deactivated. It only works if I choose Neutral or Positive. Shows how serious you are for customer feedback..
@alokjainhk @cathaypacific I went to Cathaypacific website, but couldn't find this form to check it out. Sometimes, when you submit "Negative" form asks you to give a reason for that rating. Like "Can you tell us more?" question on the page you shared. Did you answer that?
@alokjainhk @cathaypacific HKTDC do the same, their satisfaction survey includes, pick one: 1. excellent 2. great, or 3. good no chance to report lousy/poor
@alokjainhk @cathaypacific That’s the way they treated their pilots too. A bit of group think from the 3/F and they’d tell us what we thought.
