You've made adhaar updation especially DOB hell difficult for senior citizens as you are asking for documents which they cant present due to obvious reasons.They spnd hours in queues but your operators are indifferent to their concerns and respond like bots @PMOIndia @UIDAIDelhi

While enrollment you took DOB etc based on approximation and now made it hell different to update.. you have humans placed in your regional office to listen to people greivances and to take decisions based on the situation but they behave like bots. @UIDAIDelhi

I agree, had a very bad experience in @UIDAI regional office Supreme court metro. They are lacking the service centric attitude and officers there denying to provide some solution to the greivances @GoI_MeitY @PMOIndia is the mission with which @UIDAI was setup for.
