New stats show 775 women & pregnant people forced to travel for #abortionaccess since 2019 - many of them doing so due to a fatal fetal anomaly that is not covered under current Irish legislation. This must be fixed in the current #abortionreview @TFMRIRE @amymariadunne

When Amy Dunne was 17 she was forced to travel to the UK to terminate her pregnancy after she received news of a fatal foetal abnormality. She says even since repeal, many women - due to the 12 week limit - are still boarding that plane to access care #unfinishedbusiness

It’s exactly 15 years to the day that a 17 year old Irish girl gave birth in a Liverpool hospital after a high profile court case in Dublin. Just a few hours later she was on a plane home, leaving her baby’s body behind and facing a lifetime of dealing with the consequences:
