Not enjoying the 2468. The thought of eating 800 cals tomorrow is freaking me out.
So I've put on about 4lbs this week, I really don't know how. I think my metabolism might be screwed. Going to get it together this week!
have eaten twice so far and been for a walk, I'm currently in negative figures! -3 cals for the day. hmm

starting a 2468 today. so far eaten less than 80 cals at a guess and burned 120. hope I can keep this up!
