@killstar We should give this a go, as you shipped an order suspiciously and ridiculously super quickly so that you wouldn't sort it out for us. Maybe we can at least get something similar to the item we actually wanted.

Blimey, we are getting a Killstar spirit board even though we didn't want it. Killstar won't hear of it. "You won't get your order, here is a spirit board, you must have it, guys". Let's see if we can at least summon a tea butler. #killstar #nochanges @killstar

We never made it to Llandudno. The messy way the trains were handled made us miss our journey. No solution from customer services and there is no point going now. Returning home very sad. @transport_wales

@tfwrail @transport_wales No luck with @VirginTrains either. Their online refund system isn't even working for the ticket. Thanks anyway. Xxx

Anyway, will see if there is a refund. Not counting on it as the seller at the Junction said he could not do anything and no one has helped.

@tfwrail @transport_wales Went to customer services and no solution given. They said they had held the train but they never made it clear it was going to Llandudno. Waiting for the next service was no good. In Colwyn now, never arrived in Llandudno.

@tfwrail @transport_wales The journey was from Colwyn Bay to Llandudno. There was an appointment at 12:30 a.m. The train was delayed by 18 mins. At the Junction they held the train for Llandudno but didn't indicate that. It seemed it was going to Llanelli. Missed Llandudno and went back. Appointment lost.
