No green, back problems still but healing up and feeling healthy. Diet still needs improvement, but I have Jessica to motivate me now.
I met a girl, Jessica Otte, and she is amazing and I feel like everything is going to change for the better.
Had chicken last night. Back is kicking my ass. Called out sick, doctor gave me heavy duty meds. I dont know when I'll be back at the gym :(
Feel like burnt out shit. Back is killing me. On a shotgun job @ RSF cap1a and condA. Such bullshit. Had a shake for breakfast. I h8 my back
Sisters wedding was yesterday. Haven't been working out or eating well, but I've been really busy. Also no soda or weed.

Dinner was 2 bowls of sweetened cereal. Late too, so probably a fail. Breakfast the same as yesterday.
30 minutes on elliptical, 20 minutes on back/biceps. I memorized a 52-card deck after 2 session on elliptical.
Del Taco lunch. 2 soft chicken tacos, no lettuce, 20oz sprite. I need to cut the soda out.
I'm feeling good this morning. Had a shake, and red bull/granola bar for breakfast. Not too sore from gym, plan on returning today.
Weight: 199 w/clothes. I would have guessed 215, so I guess I'm off to a good start?
30 minutes on chest, 50 minutes elliptical, 1 mile run with Bender where I talked to the cute chick from the vet!
Got home. Freaking Bender pissed on the floor. First time in a week or so, and he knows he fucked up. Having a shake then off 2 gym.
Lunch: Subway 6in Meatball, no cheese on italian bread, 20oz Sprite.
Breakfast: Oats N Honey Granola Bar, and 8oz Sugar-free Red Bull.
Today is the start. Going home to a house sans weed for the first time in over a year. Will post weight and time @ gym.
