One of the big problems with athletes/people nowadays is when they’re asked to do something; instead of understanding the why of being asked… some want to just add a “quick fix” to alleviate the problem instead of following directions. Is this everyone? Def not.

If music doesn’t hit you sometimes, I really have to question you. I’ve listened to the Ozzy set and Black Sabbath sets multiple times now from Back to the Beginning… tears every time.
