We’ve just had a meeting with our property managers following our B2 EWS1 rating. If we don’t get funding, it’s an avg. of £30k per apt. If we do get funding, it’s around £10k per apt for the balconies to be replaced. Shocked doesn’t cover it. #EndOurCladdingScandal
