Baru tau jir ternyata ungkapan tujuh turunan tuh punya basic ilmiah. Kirain cuma keasbunan orang tua zaman dulu aja 🤣 Setelah baca2, teorinya tuh tiap orang nerima sekitar 50% DNA autosomal dari masing2 orang tua Maka: - Orang tua → 50% - Kakek/nenek → 25% - Buyut → 12,5% - Generasi ke-5 → 6,25% - Generasi ke-6 → 3,125% - Generasi ke-7 → 1,56% - Generasi ke-8 → sekitar 0,78% Bener dong klo less than 1% hahaha. Berarti nyumpahin orang sampe tujuh turunan tuh punya basic ilmiah 🤣
I’m in love with this sentence: “It's not hard, it's just new.”
🚨BREAKING: Science confirms that brain cells are influenced by our self-talk.
A peak career advice:
INI VIDEO 1 JAM DARI ILMUWAN MIT INI BISA NGUBAH CARA OTAK LO BEKERJA DAN LU SELAMA INI SALAH PAHAM
The video I watched every morning At 4am for 6 months
📚 Udah baca sampe habis bukunya yg hampir 800 halaman tebelnya. Satu hal paling basic yg perlu temen2 ketahui soal otak kita menurut Prof. Sapolsky adalah, otak kita itu gak cuma satu, tapi terdiri dari 3 lapisan berbeda: 1. 🐍 Reptilian (Brainstem) - ngatur refleks kita & aktivitas dasar bwt bertahan hidup kyk bernafas, detak jantung, dsb. 2. 🐇 Mammalian (Limbic) - ini yang paling aktif sehari2. Ngatur emosi, memori, hubungan sosial, & hampir semua keputusan yg kita ambil dalam hidup kita. 3. 🧠 Rasional (Neo Cortex) - mikir kompleks, planning, logika, matematika, dll. Jarang digunain karena butuh energi besar. Makanya kalau habis belajar/kerja kita langsung merasa ‘panas’ kepala. Caranya? Sering2 membaca, belajar, dan aktivitas lainnya yg membutuhkan berpikir supaya stamina otak rasional kita makin kuat. Jangan cuma ototnya yg olahraga, tapi otak juga kudu dilatih ya! 😉
Kenapa lo procrastinate padahal tau deadline besok? Kenapa lo tetep buka Instagram padahal udah bilang "5 menit lagi"? Kenapa lo bisa naksir orang yang jelas-jelas salah buat lo? Seorang profesor Stanford udah ngejawab semua ini di kuliah gratisnya yang ditonton 15 juta kali.
Your brain can learn anything if you practice it daily.
Don’t ever limit yourself... you can learn anything.

Consistency will change your life. Consistency will change your life. Consistency will change your life. Consistency will change your life. Consistency will change your life. Consistency will change your life. Consistency will change your life.
Repetition rewires the brain. Repetition rewires the brain. Repetition rewires the brain. Repetition rewires the brain. Repetition rewires the brain. Repetition rewires the brain. Repetition rewires the brain.
Fakta dari penelitian: orang yang sering overthinking dan overanalyze ternyata punya cara mikir yang lebih dalam. Dan yes, itu termasuk tanda kecerdasan. Mereka itu bisa ngelihat...
Pasti kecewa banget, mana belinya patungan
