@careinsuranceIN ..she immediately was admitted, ur doctor (care ins. co.) says that she does not need admission & can be treated at home, if God forbid any thing happens your doctor will take responsibility. Can you give this in writing. For this day we are paying you approx INR 45000 as premium

@careinsuranceIN Your Doctor (Care Insurance) sitting at a different geographical place can decide whether to grant admission to the patient or not and the Doctor actually on ground who is suggesting admission for 2 days at least is irrelevant ! Wow 😲

@careinsuranceIN Forgot to mention she was severely dehydrated, body temp 103 on the thermometer - given crocin immediately before rushing to the doctor. Panic situation, we were in tears & was shivering and at that time Care Insurance didn't Care for us. We had a pathetic experience with you.
