Another level of fraud by Zomato. I ordered 2 full plates of biryani but received only 1 half of it. Contact customer care & drop an email too but didn't get a response. Pathetic customer care. @zomato @zomatocare please look into my concern & please provide a refund.

My pending order from 11th jan is now not showing on Flipkart, from last 1 month it is pending status after successful payment. After raising multiple tickets and following up with customer care , I didn't get any response/resolution @Flipkart @FlipkartTeamsu1 @Flipkartsupport

This is ridiculous service from such a big firm. Being a Flipkart plus member still facing so much issue. I even dropped a mail to [email protected] and multiple tweets but didn't get a response. No one contacted me. I didn't get my refund till now 😡😡😡😡

Worst service by @Flipkart my order is still in pending since last 1 month,still not getting a refund of amt paid. Even after raising a multiple ticket with customer care no one responded. Being a plus member, no use. @Flipkartsupport @Flipkart

My credit card getting expired next month , there is no communication on new card issued, even there is no way to connect customer care , worst service ever @HDFCBank_Cares @HDFC_Bank ,trued to reach multiple times but all care no. are useless

they give service as same as there name easemytrip booking and other stuff are easy and comfortable as compared t9 others . thanq for the service and providing quick resolution @EaseMyTrip

Hi @Citi , Guide ur team to work properly becoz of them i faced alot of issue , even after submitting documnet for 2 times for credit card ,again they are asking for same , this is pathetic service given by ur co workers @Citibank
