आज से 1 साल पहले अर्थात 16.11.2021 को राजस्व सचिव @FinMinIndia ने @cbic_india के कर सहायकों की पदोन्नति हेतु One Time Relaxation की मंजूरी दी थी, लेकिन लालफीताशाही के चलते आज तक यह implement नहीं हो पाया, इससे 3000 रिक्तियां भरी जानी है। @PMOIndia @nsitharaman @nsitharamanoffc

@cbic_india has made the Recruitment Rules of EA and Insp on 28.09.2015 and 26.12.2016. In these RRs they have not followed the guidelines of @DoPTGoI Violation of Protection Clause guideline should be viewed seriously. #ShameOnYouCBIC

मैं और मेरा परिवार दशकों से पटाखे नहीं जलाते और ऐसे हालातों में तो किसी को भी नहीं जलाने चाहिए किंतु अपनी सरकारों के निकम्मेपन और ख़ुद की हर काम में राजनैतिक पैंतरेबाज़ी करने की आदतों से पैदा प्रदूषण का ठीकरा पटाखों के सर फोड़ना भी ठीक नहीं🇮🇳🙏 व्यवस्था न सुधरी है न सम्भावना है👎

#5BlackYearsforCBICTaxAssistants Insp 4600grade pay to Supdt 4800grade pay takes 2yrs then takes 4yrs to 5400grade pay. Tax Assistant who has cleared the same exam like Insp with same qualification have to w8 15yrs for promotion to Inspector. Why so much discrimination? @DoPTGoI

#SpeakUpDOPTforRetentionClause The file related to the retention close of tax assistants working in CBIC has returned DOPT 3 times. The retention clause is in accordance with the DoPT rules, so the DOPT is requested to fulfill this legitimate demand as soon as possible. @DoPTGoI

EA is merely a redesignated post. Then why is there is no Protection Clause in EA and Inspector RRs? How much more will the cadre wait? It's been 5 years+ since introduction of faulty new RR. @DoPTGoI @DrJitendraSingh #SpeakUpDOPTforRetentionClause
