@convex are Best Practices Agent Skills on the way?

@EBL2017 And then he’ll say stuff like we had no fluidity and creativity smh.

@EBL2017 Doing this after his recent comments as well is scandalous! He contradicts himself on a weekly basis —how can he have any credibility left at this point?

Damning if true, and how true it was. Not fully blaming Amorim —he is completely lost and out of his depth. As you say, this is on the board; it should never have happened, nor been allowed to go as far as it has. Yet they keep running from their embarrassment of their yet another shambolic decision. Hiding under the umbrella of "We finished 15th last year, so it’s progress" is weak, disingenuous, and scandalous.

This. You have to do something right. Process, results, culture… anything! And he talks about it after every poor performance, yet does quite the opposite the next game. Getting melancholic, this. Logic MUST prevail, long overdue. The board sees it, surely, now act on it.

You have to deserve time. You don’t just get it. Otherwise Roy Hodgson would still be at Liverpool. Logic prevails. Not hoping somebody turns it around.

@ciguleva Coolest thing I’ve seen today!

last chance.

risk it all.

@ciguleva Been trying similar workflow these past days, must say NBP can be frustrating at times. Results are worth it tho.

@kajimelo @ciguleva Higher quality.

zoned out.

I went on a job interview for a Senior SWE role. They asked me about my experience with Kafka. I told them how in “Metamorphosis” someone can lose their worth in others’ eyes the moment they stop being useful. It’s a chilling reminder of how fragile our sense of belonging can be when it relies on productivity instead of humanity. I told them how in “The Trial” he describes the helplessness of confronting institutions that feel arbitrary, unaccountable, and impossible to navigate. The randomness of a giant system can crush your soul. Our brains can’t handle overwhelming inconsistency. I told them how in “The Castle”, we learn that seeking an approval from an unreachable authority is a trap. If you spend your life chasing validation from humans who don’t care, you’ll end up feeling stuck. The pursuit consumes more than the reward it gives. I didn’t get the job. The market is tough.
