lando spoke about apologising to franco and owning up to his words. proper class act 👏🏼 "it was me not saying the right things and saying some things that aren't a true reflection of me or what i would really mean deep down. i don't normally think i get caught up in the heat of the moment, but this was certainly one of the cases where i think i did. and for me, the most important thing was to speak to franco about it. he's the only guy in the state that i want to direct something to and care about in this situation. and that's what i did. so i spoke to him already saturday night as soon as i could, and of course i put the post out later in the week to apologise, to let everyone know that i did it, because there was also the rest of the world that i feel like i owe the apology to. so, it's good. as drivers we all get along. franco is a good friend of mine. i get on with franco very well. he always means well. he's a very good guy. so of course, at the same time, i feel like i owe that apology more than everyone else"
