@flipkartsupport I am literally fed up with your CC support chat bot & person, both seems to be happy just to copy paste the standard templates response all the time. Need this sorted asap.

@Flipkart an AC ordered on 10 Oct still not delivered. Order ID : OD338842662884028100. Really wonder what does the Flipkart Trust Shield does in reality after charging Rs 591 as different charges.

@UberIN_Support @UberIN_Support well you guys managed to cancel the current ride after 4 hrs, post my complaint without any cancellation fee, now do justice to the earlier ride with the same person with cancellation fee. No response received for the direct DM’s

@UberIN_Support Does a Uber parcel delivery of 9 kms in B’lore take 3.5hrs ? The rider accepts the parcel delivery ride, stays at far off location & asks to cancel. Did that & booked another delivery & same guy accepts & still not picked, asking to cancel again. Sort this mess!

@Milkbasketin Dark Pattern is evident in your billing where you force customer to take membership saying no minimum order value, but add Rs 15 when it’s less than Rs 99. #CCPA banned Subscription Trap & Drip pricing Dark pattern observed. @jagograhakjago

@Milkbasketin I paid 1 year subscription which said no minimum order value and it’s still valid till Jul 2027 & you guys started charging small cart fee of Rs 15 for every order less than Rs 99 from 16 Aug. So for what was the yearly subscription for ??

@heydigit I brought a term insurance with Ref. No. L016692163 on 17 Dec & the medical is just not happening. If you guys can’t handle a simple blood test on time, I am loosing trust & wondering how an unfortunate situation will be handled.

@AmazonHelp @amazonIN how long should a customer wait for the return to complete after successful pickup ? And if there is some mess up / misplaced at the wear-house how is the customer liable for that ? Is there no accountability for Amazon for the same ?

@amazonIN Order # 407-3873702-1401919 returned on 13 Sep 2025 is still not refunded. Tired of following up with CC & appreciate if this can be resolved once & for all.

@Flipkartsupport @Flipkart The attached delivery details of 2 diff products on diff dates where the out for delivery, delivery attempt & cancellation <30 mins confirms the fact that Flipkart is fraud and want to deny the Black customers the eligible discount of 1st day. Pathetic
