@ODEONCinemas how long does it take to respond to emails? I sent a subscription cancellation request 18 days ago and have just had the automated response so far saying we'll get to you soon

@iD_Mobile_UK I have a plan with unlimited minutes, texts and data, yet all of a sudden my app is showing I have 0 remaining of a 50gb data allowance! What's going on?

@iD_Mobile_UK I still have no Internet access, no calls, no texts, and no app access. What is going on?

@McDonaldsUK your Oldham Road, Manchester store is a disgrace. Over 5 minutes ago they put every waiting order on the screen in the collection slot, yet haven't given anything out to anyone. They're faking their service times. Sort it out coz they do this all the time!

@ODEONCinemas I've been trying to sign up for Limitless for a couple of days and keep getting this error, both on mobile and laptop. What is the problem?

@Telegraph I've received an email offering me 12 months for £29, but when I try to sign up I just get a hanging spinner after putting in my payment details. Help me please as I really want to take you up on this offer!

@McDonaldsUK thanks for screwing up my order again. I ordered 2 LARGE fries and got 2 MEDIUM, and my burger is so flat it could fit in an envelope. Can't you do anything right?

@McDonaldsUK well done for typing NO COOL MAYO on the sticker but still putting mayonnaise on the wrap. Don't even have time to go back and return it for another. And the fries are cold too, YET AGAIN!

@OnePlus_UK how can I roll back the latest update? You've absolutely ruined my phone. Why would you change so much?

@Opus_Energy your phone lines are stupid. The bill I have says you're open until 6pm, so I call at 5pm only to get a message saying you're closed and opening hours are 8am to 6pm! What's wrong with you? Why are you closing early?

@MCRMetrolink @KarlSeed29_PNE We can't use the bus if we're physically stuck on the tram! Let us off and we'll walk!

@LidlGB what the hell is this? I buy ice cream from you and one of them is less than half the size of the other. Serious waste of money. You need to fix this.
