Crappy ass service from Xfinity…dvr’ed shows freeze up and won’t play or are pixelated to the point you can barely watch. Can’t wait til my contract is up! 😡 @Xfinity

H&R Block refunded my $60. Much appreciated! Thanks to the quick resolution I will continue to use them. #CustomerService

Filing taxes is the worst! And to top it all off got screwed out of $60 by @HRBlock for online assistance! 😡 Waited over an hour, never got to a chat agent and they still charged me $60. Won’t be back next year!

@HRBlockAnswers Hi Tanisha - I clicked on the blue assistance button when doing my taxes because I had a question and wanted to verify some things. After waiting for over an hour for an agent to come online I cancelled out of it yet was still charged $60…for nothing.

@RickSteves Great episode! I wish all Americans would watch this. The parallels to the outgoing administration is unbelievably scary. Good riddance!

@VZWSupport I recently signed up for Fios TV/internet and am trying to get the discount applied for having that and unlimited data on my Verizon wireless.
