@Safaricom_Care @PatrickCarSoko Bro I just started using Airtel after years of pain with Safaricom. I bought data for the monthly postpaid plan plus 7.5 GB carryover this month and by around 11th, 33GB was gone. I couldn't fathom the depletion so o just went back to my old campus days, saf for Mpesa only.

@AbsaKenya This is not acceptable on a platform I'm trying to input. Is there no specific sorting code or routing number? I assume what you've provided is similar to the Swift BIC?

@Iamslickemy @Kamjiverse Sis you need love 😁. Africans love we just fine. Y'all are allowed to feel and identity with whatever thing you deem fit.

@LOOP_KE This application is now pathetic after updates. You cannot even fix bugs on your end affecting functionality. See DMs,you keep promising but nothing in sight. Tell your MD @JohnGachora this was very miscalculated.

@WilliamsRuto not sure you've heard the cries of Kenyans about the recent @KenyaPower_Care outages? Seems Kenyans might start packing because we are turning out like Nigeria or ZA with power rationing. Would you help get to the bottom of this or are you getting sabotaged?

@SheilahBirgen I like this but in the larger grand scheme of things and get rich quick in Kenya, sounds like we have more work to do than you would imagine. Our culture has to change first otherwise we will have another scandal.

@NCBALoop @CBKKenya @njorogep @CAK_Kenya @NCBABankKenya @JohnGachora Thanks for your response but I've shared the screenshot of the same and it's not been addressed. This is exactly how I've been made to feel like there's hope and then nothing.

Ideally it seems I have an illegal account error/block which means I'm unable to honour my financial obligations. This is quite unfortunate and I wouldn't want anyone to go through that experience.

My contact with your team was reassuring but not helpful and I've maintained my cool through this experience but I would want the responsible folks to be made aware of what such embarrassment even has on someone. Anything the authorities can do? 3/3

@Kdmuya @SafaricomPLC Chief I've had the worst customer service via twitter and FB messages while trying to enquire if they have an issue.

@SuzannaOwiyo @EmilyCompagno This lady is lying to the American public in broad daylight. Does she even know where Kenya is on the map??? @FoxNews have her send an apology.
