Hyperindepence is ironically quite harmful. There’s definitely wisdom behind humans requiring a society to survive and even thrive —at the very least this co-reliance really keeps your ego at bay. Trying to figure it all out on your own is truly a recipe for failure.

Pro tip: If you’re doing long-haul work/studying, avoid eating a large meal that day. Small easy to digest meals/snacks or even fasting does wonders! Mental clarity skyrockets
