🚨 Today, Rep. @FrankPallone introduced new legislation to help control health costs and stop the industry abuse of the independent dispute resolution (IDR) process in the No Surprises Act.
I wrote the No Surprises Act to put an end to surprise billing for Americans, and it's working. But a few private equity-backed bad actors are gaming its arbitration process and driving up premiums. My Lower Premiums, Faster Payments Act fixes that.
